They got together and pooled their rich experience and professional contacts in their respective fields to form to capitalize on the ever- growing opportunities in the Financial Sector and Capital Market on account of sustained economic liberalization.The cumulative volume of deals executed in the past few years amounts to over Rs.3,000 Crores. The Company is associated and empanelled with several large Companies belonging to the largest industrial houses in the country like TATA, GODREJ, RELIANCE, MAHINDRA and many others, as well as most of the leading Banks and Financial Institutions in the country.



MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr.Rajiv Dadlani (Director) and Ms.Cheryl Lawrence (Director), recipients of accolades in academics as well as in practice, are the founders of the Company and spearhead the senior management. Under their able command, the Company has grown exponentially in revenues, profits, activities, services, geographical reach and client base and customer satisfaction.

Today, is represented by a team of 20 professionals, (all MBAs, CAs, CFAs, Ex-Bankers, Cost Accountants, Engineers) having among them over 150 man years of rich experience and knowledge of the entire global spectrum of financial products and services, and about all industries, both in the manufacturing and service sector. They are also very well connected with people at senior management levels in most of the Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Corporate Houses.
